My Go-To Dinner
Welcome to the week of grey matter. Where the holiday hangover warps over into the next week and before you know it, we are in a new year. The point of December where we haven’t got a clue which day it is, and time ceases to exist. The discourse oscillates between ‘What to eat?’ and ‘No more food’. Well, my friends, we do have to eat, and we can bring our bodies back to balance and clear the mental fog by supporting ourselves with a nourishing meal. To me this is good news, it doesn’t take much to get us back to feeling ourselves. One day of proper hydration and nutrition, a digestive yoga flow or a walk in the park, and no alcohol has me waking up excited to meet the next day. Ideally, we enter the new year with energy and clarity, and to prepare, this week is the time to take stock, tidy up, and prepare our hearts for what’s next.
